From April 13th to 15th 2023, the National African Student Association, Inc (NAFSA) and Africa Mbele will collaborate to hold a Leadership Annual Conference in Washington DC. We would like to invite you to attend or be a proud sponsor for our joint conference and our initiatives. We are expecting to host over 150 student leaders and individuals at the conference which will include workshops and keynote addresses with support from various partners. 

The theme of this conference is “Impact Through Unity; the Power of One as Many.” The main topic we will cover is ending corruption that affects all facets of our economy, our culture and our society.

Africa Mbele and the National African Student Association is holding this conference to empower students and other youth by creating opportunities and equipping them with the tools necessary for them to become forces of change. We hope to emphasize that regardless of their location or age, as a united force they have the power to make an impact they want to see. The conference participants will gain from the workshops, breakout sessions, career opportunities, and networking activities we have planned for that weekend. In addition to this conference, the NAFSA and Africa Mbele will continue utilizing various programs throughout the year including a National Conference open to all members in the Fall.

The conference events be hosted at various locations including John F Kennedy Center, Oxfam HQ, CARE USA HQ among others.
